Bird Island Senior Housing Project Update

Plans and Specifications have been commissioned for a city-owned 24-25 unit senior housing (assisted and independent living) facility.  Please contact the City Office at 320-365-3371 if you are interested in moving into this new facility or would like more information.  A waiting list has been started and commitments will be needed before the City can issue bonds to fund the project.

Name the Facility Contest

The search is on for a name for the senior housing facility and a contest is open to the public.  $100 in Bird Island Bucks will be awarded to the winning name submitted.  Submit suggestions to the City Office or email deb.birdisland@mchsi.com  or speterson@rccbi.com
